India, Announce Test Squad for Home Series Against Westindies, Pant Ruled out, no place for karun Nair

The Board of control for cricket in india (BCCI) has announced 15 member squad for the upcoming two Test series against westindies, beginning October 2 in Ahmedabad and second Test in Delhi.Shubman Gill will lead the side. All rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been named vice captain .

Rishabh pant Absence 

Rishabh pant who sustained a fractured foot during the England series. On his absence Dhruv jurel and Narayan Jagadeesan chosen as a wicketkeeper option.

Karun Nair misses out

Karun Nair showed potential, but his performance in England fell short of expectations, Devdutt padikkal brings more flexibility and option to the team. We want to give at least 15-20 opportunity to every player,but given team balance and circumstances,it isn’t always feasible –  Ajit Agarkar said

At the top order Jaiswal,kl and sudharsan, in middle order, shubman Gill, Devdutt padikkal  .as a role Dhruv jurel and Narayan Jagadeesan as second wicketkeeper option.

In allrounder, Axar, Washington, Jadeja and Nitish Reddy

Also in spin option kuldeep yadav along with Jadeja, Washington and Axar

In fast bowling options jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Siraj and Prasidh Krishna.
